Healthy Couponing? Organic Couponing?

Everyone's idea of healthy is different :) But I have always heard that if you stick to the perimeter of the store: Produce, Fresh Meats, Some Dairy and Frozen etc and stay out of the boxes and jars you are going to eat less processed food, less preservatives and be healthier!
Well, you may have noticed that couponing brings you IN to those isles... so it is good to be choosey for the health of your family!

If you are trying to eat more healthy and organic there is hope! There are coupons available for the stores you shop and the foods you seek. Whole foods and Earthfare have a slew of coupons at their websites. Trader Joes takes manufacturers coupons for the outside brands they sell (like Stoneyfield). Sign up for all the websites below [create a new gmail address just for this purpose and then remember to log in at least once a day for your deals :) ] Many of these sites allow printing of coupons directly or send you some in an email (always print one then hit the back button, refresh, andprint one more time!)

Remember organic foods and natural foods are sold at all the major chains too, and many double the value of the coupons! Harris Teeter doubles face value up to .99 / Lowes Foods doubles face value up to .99 / Kroger doubles up to face value .50 .
And if you are just looking for produce that is priced well and doesn't have to be organic, you will be shocked at the prices at Aldi for your everyday produce needs!

(thanks to Greg who asked the question today that got me seeking- I hope you readers will contribute if you have other sources that would help!)

Check out the websites above for printables (and check out their facebook pages too) Happy shopping!
