- Get a VIC card if you don't already have one. Print the application at the link and take it in to the store.
- Join eVIC email deals program once you have a VIC card. This will provide you with a WEDNESDAY and FRIDAY email with specials tailored just for you. These won't be in the weekly flyer available to everyone.
- Take advantage of eVIC coupons that will only be available to you by accessing them THROUGH THE WEEKLY EMAILS YOU GET FROM HT. Keep each email that has special eVIC deals for the week (you'll get one Wednesday and Friday) If you click on the button in the email that says eVIC coupons then you will have an opportunity to BROWSE AVAILABLE COUPONS, SAVE THE ONES YOU WANT, REMOVE ANY YOU DON'T WANT, REVIEW THE ONES YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY SAVED. More details here These coupons are "loaded" to your VIC card and come off your totals in the same way as a paper coupon would... eVIC COUPONS DO NOT DOUBLE OR TRIPLE ever. Many times the eVIC coupons are duplicates of coupons that come in the paper on Sunday. They CAN BE USED along with PAPER COUPONS. For example : Bounty Napkins are $2.25 You have a .75 paper coupon that doubles and an eVIC coupon for .75 that does NOT double. $2.25 less $1.50 paper less .75 eVIC = zero/FREE
- FACEBOOK UNADVERTISED SPECIALS "LIKE" HT on Facebook and check daily but mainly FRIDAYs for UNADVERTISED SPECIALS to sweeten your eVIC deals.
- Additional bonus: HT has something called EXPRESS LANE shopping where you can order online and they shop for you. You just pick it up! You CAN use coupons! It's just 1.95 per shop all summer and the normal price is $16.95 for a monthly subscription. Additionally, going through the Express Lane system (even if you don't want to shop that way) allows you to check specific prices to plan your shop before you go.

COUPON POLICY Summarized (see full policy here)
General:
- One Manufacturers paper coupon per product,
- You pay sales tax on price before coupon,
- No Cash back is given if coupon exceeds the price of the item.(coupon value will be reduced)
Doubling:
- limit of 20 coupons doubled PER DAY in any number of transactions.Any additional coupons may be used at face value with no doubling.
- HT doubles coupons with a face value up to .99 meaning when doubled it does not exceed 1.98
- Will double up to 3 manufacturers coupons on identical items- after that additional coupons will be face value
- eVIC coupons are accepted along with paper coupons but will not double or triple (and don't count toward the 20)
Internet Printable Coupons
- Accept printables but not for FREE PRODUCT
- Will double up to 2 printed manufacturers coupons on identical items
COMPETITORS COUPONS...
- HT accepts competitor coupons for $$$ off total (ie $5 off of $25). Must be local competitor
